DIY meal planning board using @Elmers Painters Paint Markers #ExpressYourself #CBias #SocialFabric

Meal Planning & make-ahead meals has always been a big deal to me especially when we think about how unpredictable things can be. When dealing with food allergies or restrictions it means that we don’t always have the luxury of convenience foods. By creating a meal plan and making ahead meals to freeze, I give myself a break when I am not feeling 100%. If I am able to do the prep work, then my husband can just throw a meal in the oven, crockpot, skillet, etc… without having to fuss over the little details. Since I have been trying to get back on track with my organization, I have created this diy meal planner to help hold other family members more accountable. Elmers Painters markers have been the love of my life for a  person like me with limited...

Use @Elmers to create DIY frugal Snowman Lanterns from recycled bottles #ElmersHoliday #GlueNGlitter #cbias

The holiday season is here!  This year has been pretty eventful in our household so I am trying to help the kids to spread the true spirit of Christmas & constantly reminding them that Christmas is not about how much money we spend.  Instead we are helping them to focus on the fact that  Christmas is about doing things for others no matter how big or small it seems.  I have seen these adorable Snowman lanterns and decided that these would be perfect to give to teachers & hostesses for Christmas! Walmart is a great place for one-stop shopping.  I was able to search for gifts, craft supplies, and more without dragging the boys from store to store.  I won’t lie that I love shopping at Hobby Lobby & Michael’s, but only when I have a 40%...

@sneakychef to the Rescue #giveaway (includes #glutenfree & allergyfriendly)

In my house, I make no excuses for healthy eating.  I have raised my boys from homemade baby food.  Along the way, I have enjoyed teaching them the importance of healthy eating.  Our motto: food is fuel.  ”Mom, but I’m not hungry” “That’s okay, but you won’t have energy for the fun stuff later” What do you know they are miraculously starving.  The boys are healthy eaters, but they all have their quirks.  How they don’t like sweet potato fries is beyond me, but I find a way to sneak in the sweet potatoes My 4 yo & 2 yo love salads.  however, my 6 yo was adamant that he didn’t like salads, but one day he did.  It is amazing how from day to day their favorite (or least favorite) can swap sides.  I...
