Chai Protein Smoothie

Chai is my all-time favorite drink! While this particular chai doesn’t have any tea in it, the spices are spot on. If you enjoy chai, this will be a nice way to switch up your morning smoothie!chaiproteinsmoothie1

Chai Protein Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • ½ tsp. ground clove
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • *Optionally: 2-4 tsp stevia to make it sweeter
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in blender.
  2. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon &/or stevia
