Crockpot Honey Oat Bread
  • ½ cup each of brown rice flour, millet flour, and tapioca flour (or cornstarch); or 1.5 c. baking mix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 bananas (smashed)
  • 4 TBSP honey
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 large egg
  1. Combine all the dry ingredients. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl combine bananas, honey, vanilla, oil, and egg with a whisk.
  3. Pour liquid and dry ingredients together and mix.
  4. Grease a loaf pan.
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  6. Put loaf pan into crockpot.
  7. Cook on high for 4 hours or until bread is browned & cooked completely.
