We love finding reasons to celebrate and fall is our favorite! It’s good to show your kids to take pleasure in the little things! We are still in the 90’s, here in Oklahoma, but {fingers crossed} Fall weather is around the corner . In the meantime, Fall Recipes are helping remind us that it’s coming!  Apples, pumpkins, candy corn, changing leaves, and who can forget apple cider recipes definitely remind me of fall. I am going to share my non-alcoholic buttered rum apple cider recipe using Mott’s apple juice & buttered rum apple cider Chex mix using M&M’s to get you in the fall baking spirit!

What reminds you of Fall?

#HarvestFunMott'sAppleJuiceJust being able to be outside during the Fall is incentive enough for it to hurry up! With high heat & humidity, outside can be unbearable. Mott’s Apple Juice is a nice refreshing treat on a hot day. I love that they now come in 6 pack single serving bottles found at Walmart. Mott’s single serving bottles have no added sugar and each bottle contains 2 servings of fruit!

Now for the treat! Living a gluten free lifestyle, we use Chex in a lot of recipes. I decided to do a spin-off of buttered rum apple cider into a Chex mix. It’s really is like fall by the handful especially adding in Candy Corn M&M’s!

Lately when you search Chex Mix, you will find a lot of microwave recipes. I am not one to cook with my microwave beyond popcorn and prefer the oven-baked Chex mix. It might take a little longer in the oven; however, the aroma that spreads through the house definitely makes the anticipation that much greater!
