Since the car wreck, I have really been trying to get myself back on track. I know I have said it a million times, but it’s not so much about losing the weight. The concept for this program makes a lot of sense. It’s divided into 3 phases each week with 2 days Phase 1, 2 days Phase 2, and 3 days phase 3. I think this is great for anyone since it  helps you to eliminate processed goods and hard to digest food along with increasing water intake to help you get your metabolism fired up. That was a pretty basic summing up, but it gives you an idea of what to expect. Personally, phase 2 was the hardest for me. By week 2, I was getting better at it, but I felt really limited on what I could eat. Phase 2 requires lean meats and lots of alkalizing vegetables like leafy greens. I ate a lot of lettuce wraps during those days!

The Results are amazing! I am 5 ft 4 so every little inch and pound throws my petite frame off. For a 28 days program where I ate more food than I normally do (By A Lot!!!), I was pleased with my 17 pound weight loss to say the least. As with every program whether it be your diet or physical activity, dedication is key. Gaining weight and getting off track doesn’t happen overnight. For me it took the loss of my dad then a spinal cord injury in a car wreck a couple of months later. But I am not one of make excuses and I am done throwing a pity party where I take a back seat in my own life!

    I’ve been looking for a review of this diet from a petite person who appears to be around the same age as me! Thank you! Your starting and finishing hip measurements are the same. Did you start with 41″ hips?

    Thanks so much for posting this as it’s gotten me excited about doing this. I know it’s going to be challenging but I’m mostly spending my time at home so if I plan plan plan, I hope to see similar results. Although I’m more of a pear shape. If I lose 7″ on my 27″ waist, I will go bananas.
