This has been a rough few months for me. I have been having some Celiac Disease-associated health problems. Food has not been working with me. The problem with being a mom of 3 with health complications is that life must go on. I spend a lot of time cooking from scratch, but what happens when I get sick. Being a mom of an auto-immune family, I understand how important maintaining healthy eating is for all of us. Luckily, I am prepared with some make-ahead meals. However, I need some easy, nutritious snacks for my kids.

4 scoops Protein powder, 12 oz. milk (dairy free or not), 12 oz. water, & 3-4 snack-size containers Del Monte peaches with cinnamon & brown sugar (with juice), ice (optional)
Blend & enjoy! If you like it thicker, feel free to add ice.
