A Turning Point: Gluten Free Homemade Bread just like I remember

I have been trying for a while to start this blog, but there always seem like there is something going on. With that being said, I have reached a turning point. We have been dealing with the ups & downs of gluten free living for the past 3 years. I think when you begin such a journey it sometimes feels like you are going through a grieving process. I finally feel like I am able to cross out of denial into the stage of acceptance. I have stopped feeling the need to apologize and have realized this is our way of life. Part of this life is about learning to be frugal. I have learned how to make most of our staples homemade and have learned how to cut corners elsewhere in our life whether financially or for convenience sake.
